Upon checkout you will have shipping options to select which are as follows:
Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50 (2-4 days)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 – 2 days) £5.94
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 days) £3.73
Courier Next WORKING Day £7.14
Please note that delivery dates and times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing.
Our courier service (next working day delivery) is NOT a guaranteed next day service, however, 99% of the time, deliveries happen the next day.
We will endeavor to dispatch all orders that are placed before 2pm on the same day, Monday to Friday.*
Orders that are placed on a Friday after these cut-off times will be shipped on the following Monday.
*To ensure that your order is shipped the same day, please get your order in as early as possible.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If in the unlikely event you need to return something to us, please refer to the Exchanges and Refunds section in our Terms and Conditions of Business for full details. Additionally you can follow these quick easy steps for a hassle free experience.
*We have a hassle free full refund or exchange policy within 365 days for unwanted, unopened, and unused items only. Unfortunately if you have tried a product, we are unable to accept it unless it is faulty.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, although once you have accepted delivery it is your responsibility to return the item and we are not required to refund until we have received it.
We would stress that you contact us at info@giftsyoulove.uk at the earliest opportunity of any cancellation, to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
You must ensure that all tags, packaging, wrapping & anything which made up the whole of the original order including any free gifts, are all included in the package. Any items must be returned unworn, free from damage, unused & in a resale-able condition.
We reserve the right to make a deduction to your refund amount or have the items sent back to you where the product has had tags removed, has been used, worn or been damaged & sent back without being in a resale-able condition. Any item displaying damage is deemed to be a result of wear & tear or has been mishandled, will not be accepted as faulty.
*Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot exchange or refund unwanted items if they have been used or any of the original packaging is heavily damaged, opened, or missing.
Please leave a note in your package stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
*Please note, that if you attempt to send back a used item as unopened and unused, this will get sent to another customer. This is extremely unfair and unhygienic.
Whilst you have the right to change your mind on a purchase, other consumers also have the right to have a brand new item.
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item please email us at info@giftsyoulove.uk with photo images of the faulty product.
We can refund or replace faulty items up to 365 days. If the item has been used please thoroughly clean this and state clearly on the returns label USED. We will send you a returns label and instructions.
*If once we inspect the item, we find that the item is not faulty, this will be returned to you.
Lingerie can be returned providing it is unworn and all labels are attached. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We will issue your refund to you as soon as possible once our warehouse confirms the item is back and inspected.
Once issued, refunds are usually instant, however they can take up to 5-7 working days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank, bank account or card service provider.

Please contact us at info@giftsyoulove.uk with your full name, address and order number if you have not received your order within 7 days. We will check all details are correct and get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
Yes all shipping options are a tracked service which will we keep you informed of.
Yes 100% all outer packaging is discreet, you will just have a packing slip inside with your order.
All orders are shipped from the UK only.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a gift wrap service, however should there be a high demand for it will we look into offering this in the future.
